We're not building a platform. We're building one thing really well. Engineers and researchers work deeply on specific problems — clinical NLP accuracy, FHIR integration patterns, noise suppression — not across ten different product surfaces.

Healthcare AI companies often make privacy tradeoffs. We don't. Our architecture decisions — zero PHI retention, no model training on patient data — are not cost-optimization opportunities. They're principles. Everyone on the team lives by them.
