Pilot approval and BAA

We confirm your EHR platform and execute the BAA. This takes hours, not weeks.

Day 1–3

EHR integration setup

Our team works with your EHR admin to authorize the SMART on FHIR app or API connection. Standard EHR admin process — no custom development required.

Day 3–5

Physician onboarding

A 30-minute onboarding call for each physician. Download the Notevyx app, activate with your EHR credentials, and run a test encounter.

Day 5+

Live encounters

You're fully integrated. Notes land in your EHR. Run 3–5 encounters during the pilot, then decide if you want to continue.
