No. Notevyx pricing is per-physician per-month — flat. There are no per-encounter, per-note, or usage-based fees. Whether you see 5 patients or 35 patients per day, the cost is the same. This keeps your documentation costs predictable as your patient volume changes.
Yes. BAA is included with every plan — Solo, Group, and Health System. We execute the BAA before any PHI flows through Notevyx systems. The BAA is provided in a standard form; enterprise accounts can request modifications through the Health System tier.
The pilot is free. We provide full access to the system — including EHR integration — for you to try with real patient encounters. There is no commitment, no credit card, and no contract required to pilot. If you want to continue, we'll set up billing at that point.
Group pricing is per active physician per month, regardless of specialty or location within the group. A 10-physician group with two locations pays for 10 physicians. Specialty-tuned templates are included for all supported specialties at no additional cost. Mixed-specialty groups are handled in a single account.
Solo and Group plans are available month-to-month or with an annual contract (annual billing comes at a small discount). Health System accounts typically use annual contracts with custom terms. We don't lock early-stage users into long commitments — month-to-month is the default for pilots.
